Jackson Browne redux

Jackson Browne delivered the goods last night to a very appreciative audience of true believers. Upon hearing some of his early work, it brought me back to my teen years listening to albums like "Late for the Sky" in my room in the dark thinking, this guy is singing what I am thinking. I'm not sure if there are any artists today who make me feel that way, and in some ways it saddens me that I've lost that connection. Oh well, I'm starting to sound like a Jackson Browne lyric.
