Tickets went on sale today and it did not start out as a good day. More on that later.
Lots of people stopped by the Theatre today for our first ever free lunch concert. Music was performed by The Richard Reiter Caribbean Jazz Trio, free hot dogs were given out, and it was a generally fun experience. And lots of people bought tickets, always welcome.
What wasn’t fun was a glitch in our online ticketing that caused our online to crash just as tickets went on sale. If you were once of the folks trying to buy online between 8:30 am and 10 am, we are truly sorry. Let’s just say that the Marketing Director, your dutiful reporter in this blog, nearly had a stress meltdown. But things worked out, we hope, for everyone, and all is calm.
